Open Cheese Making Class 101
Class is 4 hours in duration followed by a lite meal which includes products made in class.
Will cover basic curd cheese, yogurt, yogurt cheese, kefir, cottage cheese, whey ricotta, butter making and taste hard cheeses and talk about types of milk. Hand outs included.
